Female Orphan School, WSU Parramatta South Campus
Originally home to hundreds of orphaned girls, and later to the deranged inmates of a lunatic asylum, the historic buildings hold many secrets. The Female Orphan School is located in the middle of Western Sydney University’s Parramatta South Campus. Built during Governor Macquarie’s period between 1813 & 1819, the building is of historical significance.

Parramatta Town Hall
Based in the heart of the “City of Parramatta”, this 2 storey Victorian Free Classical Civic building was built on the site marked out by Governor Phillip for a market in his plan for Parramatta. A market fair was held here in 1813. It was later the site of the annual feast for Aborigines first held by Governor Macquarie which continued from 1816 to 1830.

Sydney Zoo
Australia's most advanced zoo in the heart of Western Sydney, Sydney Zoo exhibits a wide range of popular animal species from around the world. With education and conservation at the fore, Sydney Zoo promotes awareness and an affinity with animals, ensuring communities value and protect wildlife and habitats around the globe.
Get even closer to Sydney Zoo's animals with a brand NEW meerkat encounter and a school holiday Mini Keeper For a Day program.

Blue Mountains
Home to some of Australia's most dazzling natural attractions and charming country villages, the Blue Mountains are world famous. Discover lookouts with sensational views over million-year-old valleys, go beneath the ground at Jenolan Caves, hike or bike through lush rainforest, and take a heart-stopping ride at Scenic World.
